Nope. This guy has been around for years and is, as far as I can tell, a total loony. He also claims to be the King of Hawaii. Last time I checked his revelation that everyone is 'speaking the wrong language in court' amounts to nothing and people who have tried it end up on the wrong side of the cell bars. I spent MANY hours looking into this guy a few years...so you don't have to.
