Yes they do seem to have their own meanings (maybe) in terms of 'admiralty law' V 'Common law (i.e. common sense) however not in the way that Wynn-Miller declares. As has been shown many time, if you go into a court verbalising every comma and full stop and speaking what is to most people, judges included, gibberish then we're not going to get too far.

"'I'm more interested in how those that have power over us, will use the language to control things."

In the context of broader society that type of control is indeed done through language engineering, but it's not as convoluted as some people would have you believe. Language engineering always precedes social engineering. There are many examples of this from the pat century of course but a few modern examples are as follows. Using the word 'case' to indicate an otherwise healthy person. The word 'case' used in medical terms has always meant 'a person afflicted with a particular ailment'. Using the word the way it has been for the last 2 years is simply to promote fear and hysteria. The definitions for 'pandemic', 'herd immunity' and 'vaccination' have also been changed in the last couple of years to further the lie-based social narrative and, as you say 'control the masses'.

In terms of how government steals (stole) our legislated and constitutional freedoms is even less sophisticated, they simply change the laws as they see fit disregarding any ideas of 'lawfullness' and due process that gets in the way of their agenda. Here's a good case in point if you can spare the time to watch it. It details EXACTLY how these criminals have nothing but contempt for the Australian people and how they have unlawfully operated for decades.
