He couldn’t give a hoot. Sure he’s got over 10M of performance rights but the dude hasn’t got any real cash in AUT. For him to only hold 210K is a joke. He’s moved from COO and CEO and has still never dipped into his own pocket to buy on market after sucking well over $1M from the company (ex options).
