Since my original post was removed because i used a "bad" word! As mention SEA has always been the tail that wagged the head!
The AU investor never figured it out that all the asset were in the US and buying and selling for a 1 cent move was good enough because then i could buy a case of beer! i assume most realize that the last 100/1 was painful, but now they want another 100/1 in order to basically get rid of YOU! simple math at one point you had 10,000 shares and the 100/1 took you down to 100 shares now the next reverse of 100/1 will result in 1 share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you happy with this? Vote NO on this terrible deal. The HOLDCO could have been great if there was no reverse, but management has decided to get rid of you. I talked to Eric many times and i have totally changed my mind and will not vote for the deal and do my best to convince other to do the same
