Not sure they number of shares or the price of each share makes much difference. The only thing i'm worried about is my total value of shares and how they are priced compared to the SNDE equivalent.

The end isn't nigh btw. Timing sucks but the board has probably locked in the announcement date months ago. Its not like they woke up one day and thought "Hmm share price is going well, lets put a stop to that!"
