RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS BioProspect Ltd (ASX: BPO) announced today that Non-Executive Directors Mr Stephen Morrow (Chairman) and Mr Peter Landau have resigned from the Company effective yesterday. Mr Morrow and Mr Landau said they were very pleased with the progress of the Company over the last 18 months in developing the natural termiticide, TERMILONE® and early stage development of the Bioeffectives range of products for use in the animal health sector.
