Except that you hope from some degree of mutual commercial goodwill that PetroVietnam would indicate what level it wants to be involved at before that event which, by the time it is drilled, could be late December.

After all they must have the result information about the 3D seismic done on the area recently since that info apparently has to be supplied to the Vietnam Government before it is officially released.

If they are interested in taking "part of" the interest in Block 07/03 following the show of oil from Red Emperor then I am sure they have decided how big a share they want without bothering about waiting for the next well.
