Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster.

It snuck through in the HY report, but interested to start some discussion on the sale of the Roser unit.

Page 5 of HY report notes a partial sale of the Roser acreage for US $212,322. Hard to tell what % of the unit we've sold as it looks like the working interests haven't been updated in the tables they provide, they have continued to show 3.89%. We might need to wait until the Sep quarterly comes out to see movement.

P&L report has the gain on disposal of assets as AUD $145,890
Note 5 has the acreage asset leaving balance sheet at cost of AUD $257,720
These combined (cost + profit), seem to imply AUD sales price of $403,610, which I'm having some issues reconciling to the US $212k sales price noted, seems to imply an FX rate of ~1.9

On another note, using the metrics of AUD $145k profit and AUD $257k cost base. It seems to imply that rather than the 10x multiplier of first strategic divestment, this partial sale only achieved approx 1.56x multiplier? ($403k total sales price / $257k cost base).

Please note, I'm not attempting to downramp, and even if just this 1.56x multiplier is recognised on all acreage held, the current share price is still undervalued. Would appreciate if someone were to look at my understanding/calculations and let me know if I've misunderstood anything!
