On top of settlement delays, you also need to ensure delivery of funds by the cut-off time.
Bpay - I believe that would mean allowing for overnight processing if I understand correctly, so a submission prior to your financial institutions cut off time on Thursday at the latest.
Mail - Delivery would surely be overnight at a minimum, likely longer, but haven't used the postal service since the days of Pat and his cat so not overly familiar.
Hand delivery - Any job that requires hand work is not for me.

All in all, I'd have thought Monday is pretty much the last opportunity to sell if required to free up funds, and that's cutting it tight. Of course you could sell something that has no settlement delay, whatever that may be, and certainly not my recommendation.
