Voting with my 2.8 million shares against the CN but for the SPP.

Marty wants to raise money, the SPP does that, gives a little more money to be going on with. But the hideous Convertible Note should IMO be opposed. That money can now be raised more easily than before.

Having made a couple of further important announcements since the CR was first Announced many months ago, I think getting the sophs on board would be a lot easier now.

And from the current SH's point of view, just one or two Anns to raise the SP from where it is now, my the end of March the company can then raise more cash from the same sophs who scoffed at the deal before...
