    I predict this CR will see SP drift back to a low of .027. Considering the growth we're all expecting here, purchasing now on market is a smart move as I would bet with 99% certainty we're not going to receive the amount we want via SPP. Who cares about buying at .028 vs .025 when the SP is .10 in the future.
