I think we'll see SP drift around this level until the shares are released. if you're wanting to spend that much money and receive a precise amount of shares, the only way to do that is on the open market, as SPP is going to be so heavily oversubbed and cannot guarantee you the quantity you want. I'm not stating factually that SP will drift down to .027 however I believe it will touch that price at least once before we're issued our shares (or shortly thereafter).

Again, a .003 difference in buy price (.027-.03) won't mean a thing when this reaches $.10
