Participation in capital raise, page-5

I've got a question too. I think someone mentioned something about this but hoping to clarify. Ok, it says in the announcement if oversubscribed it will be scaled back on a pro-rata basis.
From what I understand p this means, for example:

Its a $1,000,000 SPP
They receive $2,000,000 in applications
So double the planned raise
Everyone gets half of what they applied for regardless of what U applied for. So someone who applied for 30k gets 15k and someone who applied for 2k gets 1k.

Am I understanding this correctly? If this is the case I want to apply for 30k even though I don't want 30k worth, simply to allow for the possibility of a massive scale back. I only really want to add about another 10k max as this is already suddenly becoming my biggest holding thanks to getting in below 1c. Cheers for any clarification on this.
