1. I describe a situation in which you have private access to market-sensitive information about an upcoming CR.
2. You acknowledge that, yes, you do indeed have private access to market-sensitive information CR.
3. You then demand an apology for what I described in 1.

How on earth does that make sense to you? You have just acknowledged the very thing of which I accused you. The terms of a CR shouldn't be bandied about in such a way, discussed in private then revealed on a message board by a mere shareholder. I think WFL is so doomed it doesn't really matter, but it's just further evidence of the total lack of professionalism that has come to characterise this company. There is no way something like this would happen with a big-cap company. The terms of a CR are market sensitive and should come from the ASX. End of story.
