    What CR? All that's been announced so far is a placement of up to three million AUD as outlined in resolution 13 of the proxy form and accompanying materials. Absolutely nothing has been announced re. terms or preferences to existing shareholders. So has the board been talking to you (in private, about market-sensitive information), or are you just guessing?
