Participation rate in stool testing will only increase from now. During 2020 and 2021 and part of 2022 all resources were allocated to COVID19.
Don't you remember all the people with various illnesses being on a waiting list for operations etc.
Who was concerned about getting a poo test when you were either afraid to go out or weren't allowed to go out (5km radius etc).
Participation rate may have gone to 10%, who knows? But likely in the 30's.
Participation rates have been increasing from 10 years ago. You seriously need to post truths not untruths, opinions welcome, but facts must be facts.

Note:

• The participation rate has dropped from 43.5% in 2018–2019 to 40.9% in 2020–2021. It is still unclear why this drop has occurred. (My opinion which is just common sense - COVID19)
