I'm not sure tbh. But I think I'll ask him. I'm not classed as a sophisticated investor atm with the conditions being earning $250k for last 3 years or $2.5m in assets but after approval it would be a certainty for me.
However, if you do the maths and want to put $100k ok that's 25m shares, it's alot of shares to offload on the other side without upsetting the market.
I would be asking for 50mil shares on approval. Potential in crazy mate! It'll be hard to reach the 30c range tho I predicted if everyone is planning on doing this.
