I have my concerns about whether it could be a Chinese company. I did hear gossip about trouble with past dealings but I wasn't fully focused on holding ADY shares at that time so I was unaware of the full picture.

I also remember more recent speculation in the media when Rio Tinto announced it wanted to hook up with BHP for a joint venture instead of taking an offer with a Chinese company. There were some comments that it could taint future relations for any other Aussie company seeking the same. But having said that, it was media speculation so we all have to be careful what we believe.

Thanks again. It's a shame you feel disappointment with the current board, but I totally understand why you hold that view.
