An indirect question to the topic, If there ends up being no JV, how will money be raised to pay for a go it alone with the port?

Next question, have ADY commenced any discussions on plan B, do they have anyone lined up that will lend tham the required funds at a palatable rate? How much share dilution would it take to fund it via cap raising?

Pgamble, you may have already had oportunity to discuss this with the company, If not perhaps add it to your question list for next contact.

I sincerely hope they dont plan on sitting on their hand until plan A fails (not saying it will) before starting into plan B.
