OK Hombry - I see that and I am not in favour of "dodgy" pp share schemes as a rule :)
It's just that I think there are exceptional circumstances here (maybe I'm just biased because it is my beloved APG), but I think the pp shares are an element (perhaps a significant one) in the fact that the company still exists at all. I may be completely wrong about that, but its my theory and I'm sticking to it!

jwt, I believe the "30" to be 30 distinct people/entities, all tied up in this tortuous journey. I don't see "corruption", but it went wrong when things took more than 10yrs to come good....
