JWT - I don't think the holders of partly paid shares have an obligation to pay outstanding amounts, rather holders have no ownership claim to the company for pp shares they hold unless they pay the outstanding amount. In that sense I don't believe holders of pp shares can be considered creditors to the company. Happy to be corrected though. Cheers Ferg
