The reason this issue keeps being resurrected is that management - for whatever reason wants to keep it secret and away from shareholders.

There appears to be subterfuge in place BUT there is only one way for it to be resolved and that is (a) for responses being given to shareholders on questions raised - for any issues (b) for shareholders being acknowledged and not ignored when they ask questions and (c) for the issue of the pp shares to be explained.

Then all the issues will go away and we can look forward with confidence to the progress of what we all hope will be a fantastic company.
