APG has not had much money to pay all staff 'well' and might have patly addressed this with promises of a 'future benefit' which may well be at the expense/equity of other shareholders ..... and this is why they want to keep a lid on it... It's been a situation of somethings gotta give...

Common sense says it will be other share holders doing the giving....
