Excellent post.
Your email to APG management re-asks a lot of the questions that have been unanswered for years.
On Hotcopper, there has been a lot of conjecture and opinion on this subject (a lot of it from myself), but APG management has been absolutely silent. My own written enquiries to APG management, have gone unanswered.

Your initial post, that started this particular thread, it particularly timely.

I notice that it has been at least 2 weeks since you emailed the company Secretary – Mr Nick Gaston with your queries about the Partly Paid (PP) shares issued under the APG Staff Share Purchase Plan.
This will have given Nick plenty of time (if he felt it needed board consideration, before replying) to have your query on the agenda of the APG monthly meeting for October. Their written reply should then arrive well before the AGM.

Hopefully your written reply will arrive soon. Please keep us informed. I will watch this thread with interest.

Going on my own experiences of corresponding with APG management on this subject – and it has been 2 weeks without you receiving a response - it might not hurt to send another email, requesting a reply BEFORE the AGM .
