Quote: "Experience tells me that it is not forthcoming because the directors know they are on an exceptionally generous share plan, and so do not want to acknowledge it to shareholders at risk they want it amended."

Surely a lot of shareholders are raising their eyebrows about their remuneration and yet the majority of shareholders appeared to vote in favour of the remuneration report. Either most of shareholders are ignorant, just down right complacent or there was some dodgy counting of the proxies. I'm pretty sure that half of the "against" votes came from one shareholder, surely there were a lot more shareholders that voted against than the numbers show. Something just doesn't add up to me.
