You're damn right it would!!
If we were sitting at 33 cents, rather than 3.3 cents, I reckon this would be an absolute non-issue.
For me, this is about lack of delivery of timelines/promises, whilst still shovelling in the shares like a speed-addled steam locomotive fireman.
