What I have tried to say is that this company has gone through a long and difficult journey to get here, where we find ourselves at the edge of success.
On the way, deals are made, favours done and methods sought to get things done where no spare money is available, and if the alternative is failure, I think some slack can be allowed. I am not advocating breaking the law whenever it suits, and I HAVE NOT suggested that anything like that has happened here.
There has been a little envelope-pushing, that's all.
If the sp goes up, then everyone will be happy AND the problem will go away (as long as it goes up enough quickly enough).
I say again, fascinating sideshow, well done management, not on everything, but at least on getting us this far, and let's move on.
Let's make sure an EGM DOES happen before the AGM next year, and regardless of what the sp does, this can then be sorted out to everyone's satisfaction
