I think it has very little to do with the previous announcement and has everything to do with the broader market. If you look at the 6 month chart the price drop is remarkably similar to last time there was a jitters due to China in August last year. So that coinciding with some residual overhang from the exercise of options resulted in the drop. Uncertainty around the announcement might be a contributing factor but I would think a tiny one, the other two by far the predominant factors.
Kind of ridiculous really, a small cap chocolate manufacturer should have very little correlation to the broader market yet YOW seems to react exponentially to any market jitter.
