If you're an established manufacture and you know the market is saturated with your products with little growth prospect , then obviously you come up with a new product or a different flavour. Regardless of this, the patent runs out in 2018 but this doesn't stop choco treasure from distributing their end products. It'll be an interesting space to see what happens but definitely much riskier now than before
