I've got an update for you....

Everything is going fine, just reliant on the spinn-off of the smelters.

Once that goes through a further announcement will be made re takeover.

Any announcement prior to the finalisation of the current restructure would be premature.

Of course, I have no idea if this is true however this is the logic to me, how much cash are they unlocking???
