cav not my field i would only be guessing.I think it all comes down to available finance, product success, market timing etc.the recent financing has certainly moved things along.I'm sure i read somewhere that big pharmas are always chasing new drugs to replace existing blockbuster drugs that are coming off patents and then have to compete with generic drugs for market share.so yes in that case if it looks like a success its a possibility.
