starnegative you are silly. FDA has nothing to do with the partnerships. Partnerships is business and has no impact on fda process. Snagging up a bargain of a company prior to released results could be a strategy of owning a company at a cheaper price but with higher risk. This is very basic business 101. It’s sad we have to explain this.
