The ODAC was overturned because Mesoblast allowed data for Prochymal to be used with insufficient link/explanation. The resubmissions and tens of million of USD tells us that (along with SI's recent rhetoric). And the ODAC meeting notes show us that Mesoblast was told this (most likely during the rolling BLA).
And the change in product occurred decades ago.
Fred Grossman took the fall for it. Silviu (all care but no responsibility) Itescu remains. As CEO.
