My estimate of optimistic date to progress to next cohort is 23 September (with an accompanying announcement for progression to next dose-escalation cohort).
Anyone have any data on how long to assess results for a cohort? @Misspelly ?
I have assumed:
My conservative timeframe is add another 30 days. That would be progression to next cohort on 23 October (with an accompanying announcement for progression to next cohort).
- 5 days to recruit each patient (15 days for 3 patients), based on the timeframe to recruit the first patient
- 5 days to assess the results once the 3rd patient passes 30 days since first dose. This allows time for collection and analysis of data (plus QA checks).
