LB & Z, I agree with you guys that something is definitely going on behind the scenes or some third party is showing keen interest, picking up what they can when they can without displaying
their hand.
I can't see how our near neighbors can ignore mnq with regard to toll treatment arrangements, at least they would earn some income instead of holding charge on which to date has been a dubious asset in their hands.
