I am not sure about BNO's strategy about partenring with companies in US and Europe. All they get is $2 mil for omonths of wheeling and dealing. Then the compound is put in cold storage. It happened with Merck-AG and now is happening with Ironwood.

Ironwood'd area is digestive system diseases. I am not sure why they will spend time and energy on a completely different product line. In fact, the stock hit multi-year low on Friday because their lead drug is not selling.

As the saying goes , dont depend on others. BNC105 is in phase 2 simply because the company is in charge. Other companies have their own problems.

I think BNO should take BNC105 right to approval(assuming it succeeds in phase 2 first). Let it take 3 more years and let them dilute by another 50%. I dont care. If they have one compound that is actually marketed, they can bring several in due course. This could take 10 or 15 years. For me it does not matter. If the stock goes to $10 or more in 10 years, isnt it a great return?

I wouldd rather have BNO take such course than depending on the foreign companies with no motivation at all.
