Both you @lash and @Mv03 are non holders and one asks why does cobalt use parts per million and the other says because it is low grades an hour later
Rather than doing this why don't you come and say, guys we want to buy in to COB but we want to get the shares cheaper (which you won't) then we will actually take you guys seriously
