Older units are massively popular for investors and occupiers for a couple of reasons.
1. Full brick so quite of structurally better quality than new units that are being slapped up.
2. No Pools, no gym & no lift so strata fees are much much cheaper
3. More likely to have a lock up garage than a secure car parking space so you can use it for storage or your vehicle is more secure.
