Provided the plant continues to perform, the fundamentals still suggest a very conservative valuation by the market at this point in time - hence the entrance of Soros.
This does not immunise the stock from volatility which will be driven by the usual market factors.
However, one will certainly see a continual (but not a straight line) improvement in the underlying performance of the company.
