Mgt & the Board should be happy as 7,583,333 Options Vested yesterday (to Mgt & the Board).
The number of yesterday Vested Options equals 4.06% of our Total issued Stock & our EV is ~ 0.5 to 1 cents per share.
Dan's amended 3B letter did not remind us of this vesting event thus I thought I would.
Party Time? But Time to get the EV up above 1 cent per share
