Second tranche (Milestone 2)of performance shares could be issued soon
The milestones to achieve vesting of the equity package are:
Milestone 1. A share price with a 10 day VWAP over 50c; and
Milestone 2. A share price with a10 day VWAP over 75c.
A total of 1.8m performance shares and 2.7m performance options will be issued as set
out below:
