If VERTE can produce the goods with a joint venture partner i along with all other holders will be over the moon.
Under that scenario there is no problem with any dilution.
The concern i have is...If this falls over MAK will need to raise further funds as they appear to have placed all their eggs for the commercialisation of Wonarah with VERTE.
However, from the current quarterly just released it would appear that MAK are well justified in believing that this is going to occur.
I will admit after all my negativity for the past 12 months i was impressed with Andrew Drummonds update to his shareholders with this quarterly report.
