The signature of a term sheet between Anglesey Mining and Western Metals Limited was announced on 10 April 2008. Since then significant progress has been made in documenting a comprehensive and binding Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Bill Hooley, Anglesey's Chief Executive, commented:
