I agree with TC's analysis but its disappointing that these micro cap brokers dont mention the elephant in the room and its potential implications, ie a majority hedge fund owner that will likely want to mop up minorities at a bargain price. If Colleseum wasnt there, I highly doubt that this would be trading at 29 cents. Then again, maybe they, like me, believe that Larry Kestelmans 10.1% stake will prevent this from ever moving to compulsory acquisition and investors can tag along to get the hedge fund return.
