As a share holder , you might want to consider asking the board to reaffirm their position and belief that the 51cents offer was grossly under valued.
They seem awfully quiet ...although understandable given Colleseum effectively run the shop now.
You may also ask what sort of resource turnover has occurred at HQ since Colleseum took chair.
Only a matter of time before they will compulsory acquire , nothing surer.
I wouldn't be expecting a div yield anywhere close to prior years.
I think some of the "major" minority holders already jumped .... I see one seller of 417K shares in market still hoping to get 51c (good luck).
Already dropped to 40c today ...heading to thirties .
Sorry to be appear pessimistic but Colleseum did play this well and there won't be any spoils for those that try to hang on.
