    If PAS has gone belly-up, then you are screwed for claiming any losses at all until the liquidators/terminators are in a position to issue an s145 Income Tax Declaration statement. Unfortunately for you, this is only likely to take place 7 to 10 years from the commencement of the company wind-up. Believe it or not! Bad luck.
