paschal where did you get your target

Paschal, with all due respect to your good self, where or should I say how did you arrive at an 18c target. I mean I could come out with a 25c target in 12 weeks and say the chart is pointing that way. Could you give some reasons as to how you came up with that figure and why you think it will get there. Some discussion would be very enlightening for me as well as other holders of this stock. I believe from a charting point of view its looking fantastic and could do anything on any news or no news at all for that matter, having said that I'm still entrigued as to how you come up with 18c target.
