I don't care whether gold goes up or down, I have exposure because I've had a large sum in BT's Natural Resources Fund for about 15 years, dividends reinvested, very nice.

It's not a psychological victory as you seem to think, but I do get it, I'm not young, and it's almost certain some goldbugs are going to get a very stern lesson in asset allocation.

Watch some of the absurd posts when gold goes up and you'll see what I mean, but it is very quiet today.
