Shareman. Most of us who have been with TEG for years have had that same opinion about the company's "potential", but, have been continually frustrated by the delays in getting official government approval. One can only hope that this time we will actually receive that formal approval.
IMO, "if" that happens, there is absolutely no reason why the SP should not retrace to the 52 week high and with that certainty, should even surpass that and this time hold and not just reverse as has happened with previous "conditional" consents.
To get some good news on Morocco will be a further major catalyst to take this company and its SP to where the Directors and LT SHs have expected it to have been for years.
