Still waiting on a reply if an actual application has been lodged with the EPA. On top of the 50,000 truck movements a year we need to add those trucking the material to the leach pad, those trucking the other inert waste and those trucking out the rock sales. The freeway can cope with the trucks but not the local roads. The dumping site selected is on top of part of the old leach pad some 40 to 50 metres above the water level. The site has no power on top of the pad so for OH&S issues dumping will be limited to day light hours only. One suggests there will be massive congestion at the site
